Whether you're a homeowner, contractor or insurer, everyone sees the same evidence trail — each role gets a tailored PDF bundle complete with the support data needed to justify every line item (manufacturer specs, local code, national standards, and legal precedent).
Homeowners
- Upload your Insurance Dec Page and/or enter your claim number.
- If your contractor or insurer has run the claim through Vellaxa, you'll be able to download a plain-language report explaining what was missed, what was over-approved, why it matters, tips on how to get the best outcome, and next steps recommendations.
- If no report exists, simply ask your contractor or insurance adjuster to run it so yours will be available.
Roofing & Exterior Contractors
- Upload your inspection photos + the insurer's estimate (Xactimate/Symbility PDF). If you have the homeowner's Dec Page that helps Vellaxa determine coverages and limits.
You receive:
