Roofing Contractor Raffle — Official Rules

Prize: One (1) Vellaxa seat for six (6) months.

Eligibility

• Open to U.S. residents, 18+.
• Eligible entrants: 1099 contractors who personally sell for a roofing company (individual sales reps). This raffle does not grant company-wide access or unlimited reports.
• Not eligible: W-2 office staff, corporate entities, agencies, or teams; employees/contractors of Vellaxa; where prohibited by law.

Prize Details

• One seat (single user login) valid for 6 months from activation.
• Seat is non-transferable and cannot be shared. Misuse may result in termination.
• Includes standard feature access available to individual seats at time of activation. Enterprise features excluded.

How to Enter

• Like and follow our Facebook page
• Complete and submit an LOI form for 1 entry or a Beta form for 3 entries during the entry window.
• Limit one (1) form per person.

Winner Selection & Notification

• Winner chosen by random drawing within 7 days after the entry window closes.
• Winner will be notified by email and must respond within 72 hours. If no response, an alternate winner may be selected.

General

• Enter any time between October 6th and December 8th, 2025.
• No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. Odds depend on number of entries.
• By entering, you consent to Vellaxa contacting you regarding Vellaxa products and promotions. You may opt out at any time.
• Vellaxa may modify or cancel the raffle if fraud or technical issues compromise integrity, subject to applicable law.
